In case of cancellation of the reserved treatments, please inform the SPA Reception no later than three hours before the scheduled visit.
If the visit is not cancelled, the amount equivalent to the agreed treatment(s) will be added to the price of the stay.

POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN:

• one child up to 3 years of age FREE OF CHARGE, second child up to 3 years of age charged 65 PLN/night
• children aged 3-6 extra bed charged 299 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 6-12 extra bed charged 329 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)
• children aged 12-18 extra bed charged 399 PLN/night (accommodation, breakfast, dinner)

A child who has completed their 3rd year of life is considered as 4 years old, a child who has completed their 5th year of life is considered as 6 years old, a child who has completed their 11th year of life is considered as 12 years old.

Note: in Classic rooms, only one extra bed/baby cot is possible

• in case of staying with three or more children, please contact the Reservation Department by phone at 18 530 30 01,
• not using any element of the package does not reduce its value,
• The Hotel reserves the right to change prices, change the program and attractions in the Hotel, and to exclude or change the operating hours of the attractions,
• in the absence of rooms in the main building, the accommodation will take place in a building without a connector to the rest of the complex,
• the possibility of arriving with a small pet for a price of 115 zł /night,
• the person making the reservation is not entitled to transfer the rights and obligations resulting from the reservation and agreement to a third party without obtaining prior consent of the Hotel,
